Our Policies
As a small business, we pride ourselves on the ability to serve our clients. It goes beyond that however, at Ryan Richardson Photography, we seek to create a relationship with our clients that lasts a lifetime.
Shipping:
Clients are responsible for all shipping costs for orders under $100.
Returns:
Occassionally items are missing or not up to our usual quality standards of Ryan Richardson Photography. For that Ryan Richardson Photography offers full repair and replacement for thirty days after receipt of your order. Clients are responsible for shipping costs to Ryan Richardson Photography.
Cancellations:
Sometimes life gets in the way of a shoot (I know, I'm also shocked that photography doesn't come first for everyone). If you need to reschedule a portrait session, please lets us know as far ahead of time as possible so we can schedule you for the next available date. Cancellations within 24 hours of a session will result in a forefeiture of the sitting fee, and rescheduling will require a new payment.
