Krista and Dan: Bridal Session

No one really wants rain on their wedding day, and Krista and Dan were no exception. They had planned for a beautiful outdoor ceelbration amidst the fields at Zukas Hiltop Barn in Spencer, MA but plans quickly changed when rain and wind overturned their ceremony. Not to be deterred, the couple returned a few weeks later for a Bridal session amidst the quaint famrland that had first drawn them to their venue.

Spencer Wedding: Krista and Dan

For a few hours, Krista and Dan found their somewhere over (or in their case under) a rainbow at the Zukas Hilltop Barn in Spencer, MA a short drive west of Boston. A torrential downpour pushed the celebration of their wedding inside, breaking for a short time to reveal a brilliant ranbow bending from one end of the sky to another. In spite of the wild weather (and wedding photography plans lost) family and friends joined the celebration of the couple's love with zeal.

Some couples turn their weddings into an exercise in self-indulgence, but Carla and Brian made their special day a celebration for their family and friends at the Warwick Country Club in Warwick Rhode Island.

The couple started as co-workers in Attleboro, a community between Boston and Providence, and romance soon blossomed between them. The couple not only shared a profession, but a sense of humor and a love of life and spirit of adventure that brings them closer together with each passing day.

Norwood Wedding: Alex and Amanda

You can tell a lot about a couple by the company they keep. If I didn't know what a great couple Alex and Amanda were when I met them the first few times, I did at their wedding rehearsal.

I slipped in the back of St. Catherine's in Norwood, Massachusetts a few days before the wedding. I heard quiet laughter and conversation as the wedding party and family members repeated the steps of the wedding processional again and again. They were such an open and welcoming group that it was easy to step in and feel like more than just a professional photographer but a special guest (albeit one that was getting paid).
