A Way to Say Thank You
I like to think that one of the perks of running a small business is that we don't just eat your wedding cake, drop off your pictures and vanish.
Just as your wedding is the start of your journey together, it can be the start of a great relationship with Ryan Richardson Photography. Beyond our wedding services, we offer a variety of portrait products and commercial services that build upon our wedding work to help our clients celebrate a new arrival, a new business or one of the hundreds of other important milestones in life.
To remind our clients and friends of that, we're putting together a customer loyalty program.
Loyalty Rewards:
Word of mouth is such an important part of the wedding business. No advertising can be the enthusiasm we receive from our clients telling their friends and family.
- Previous wedding clients can take advantage of one free portrait session per year for three years after your event.
- Clients may also receive a referral reward of a $100 print credit that can be applied to any session they’ve had with Ryan Richardson Photography or it can be gifted to the couple.
That's probably not all for our customer rewards program, let us know what you think we're missing.
We'll also be rolling out a quarterly newsletter (no, we don't want to flood your inbox with daily updates about what I'm having for breakfast, that's what a Facebook business page is for), that summarizes our latest news, new products, new weddings and a variety of photography tips and tricks (as well as deals only available to subscribers).
Now for some legalistic boiler-plate:
The free portrait session does not include any prints or deliverable items. At your request, the session can be transferred to a third party as a gift (we'll even send you a nice certificate to show that you're not just making something up at the last minute). Travel fees may also apply for sessions outside of our regular coverage area. Sessions must be used within the calendar year they are issued.
Referral rewards are only granted after a new client has signed their contract and made the first retainer payment for their event. Reward credits can also be transferred to a third party with one of our aforementioned certificates. These print credits must be used within 6 months of issue. Neither the free session nor the print credit have any cash value.
Loyalty rewards program applies to all wedding clients, including contest winners.
